1. Subject

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of personalized posters through the Dear Chouchou website. By placing an order, the buyer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms.

2. Products

The posters offered are generated using AI algorithms based on the choices and parameters defined by the user. Each creation is unique and may vary from the previews displayed.

3. Pricing

Prices are listed in euros inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Dear Chouchou reserves the right to modify prices at any time, but products are billed at the rate in effect at the time of the order.

4. Order

The order is final and binding upon payment confirmation. The buyer receives a confirmation by email.

5. Payment

Payment is made online via the secure payment methods available on the website.

6. Delivery

Digital posters: available for download after payment confirmation.
Physical posters: shipped to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery times are given as estimates.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods or goods made to the consumer's specifications. Therefore, no cancellation or refund is possible once the order has been confirmed.

8. Liability

Dear Chouchou cannot be held responsible for any misuse of the creations by the buyer, nor for any issues related to printing by third-party providers.

9. Intellectual Property

Generated creations are intended for personal and non-commercial use only, unless prior written agreement from Dear Chouchou. The buyer does not acquire any exclusive rights over the generated designs.

10. Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the French district.
